Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Khleopatra. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us of your intention to return it.

  • How to notify us: Send an explicit request to info@khleopatra.com.
  • Return window: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to our warehouse.

2. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Cosmetics and Skincare: Returns are only accepted if the protective seal is intact. If the product has been opened, used, or the seal is broken, we are unable to accept the return.
  • Personal Care Items: Any item that is unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and has been unsealed after delivery.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be in the same condition in which you received it (unused and undamaged).
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping: You will be responsible for paying the direct shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • International shipments: Please note that the shipping costs of international returns and any associated customs duties or taxes will be borne by the customer.

5. Bundle and Set Offers

If you purchased a "Bundle" or "Set" at a discounted price and return only part of it, the automatic discount will be voided.

  • The items you choose to keep will be charged at their full standard price at the time of purchase.
  • Your refund will be calculated as the difference between the total price paid and the full price of the items kept.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items (Warranty)

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at info@khleopatra.com.

  • We offer a standard 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Depending on the situation, we will offer a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a full refund.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.

7. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of postage.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
